    We've been making homemade kefir. The stuff is fascinating! It is also as they say "probiotic gold". Want some kefir grains? They will eat you out of house and home, but holy cow, WAY cheaper than purchasing probiotics from the store :) (although we do use those too). Love your site and all your articles! :)
